Divide the resulting dough into two parts, one roll. Put the pan on paper or parchment for baking and oil with vegetable oil. Top the pizza base.
Do the preparation of the filling for the product. Remove the peel from the tomatoes, previously held in hot, and then in cold water – the temperature drop will allow you to quickly clean the vegetable. Then chop the sweet peppers and tomatoes in thin slices.

To make the dish sharp, mix 3 tablespoons of ketchup and a teaspoon of Adzhika. With the resulting mixture, grease the base for the pizza.
Put the diced tomatoes, pepper, sausage on the dough, cover with cheese. Bake pizza in the oven at an average temperature of 180-200 degrees. Before serving, cut into sectors.

- 70 grams of sugar
- 200 milliliters of boiled water
- a bag of dry yeast
- 60 grams of butter
- 850 grams of flour
- 50 grams of sausage
- 300 grams of tomato sauce
- 40 grams of butter
- 60 milliliters of vegetable oil
- 150 grams of mushrooms (better white)
- 120 milliliters of white wine
- 200 grams of onions (onions)
- three heads of garlic
For tray lubrication: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
First we prepare the dough. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let them brew for about 10 minutes. Then in this mixture pour the melted and cooled butter, gradually add flour, salt.
