- water – half glass

- two tablespoons of olive oil

- 15 grams of parsley
First, take the dumplings out of the freezer and let them thaw a little, then put them in a hot saucepan with olive oil and fry over medium heat. To your taste, add a couple of pinch of table salt and a mixture of freshly ground black pepper and paprika. When the products acquire a beautiful brownish-golden hue, turn them with a spatula to the other side and continue cooking. After a few minutes, pour into the dishes boiled (not hot but chilled) water, cover and keep on the stove until the liquid completely evaporates. Once you are done, turn off the hotplate and, while the product cools down, take care of the sauce.
For such a dish, any filling, for example, tomato, sour cream, based on a meat broth with spices and so on, will do. We offer the simplest recipe: pour mayonnaise into the bowl, sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley or dill, then enter the garlic clove, peeled and crushed with a special press.
