To cook this simple dish of pork, you need to wash the meat, dry it, cut it into portions. Lightly beat off. Roll in breadcrumbs, dip into a beaten egg and once again roll in breadcrumbs. Fry over strongly heated fat until crisp. To put on 7 minutes in an oven, warmed up to 220 degrees.

As a breading, you can use a salt cracker, which should be broken into small pieces. It turns out very tasty and beautiful. You can bring the meat to the ready directly in the pan, increasing the cooking time.

Roast pork in a pot

Ingredients (per pot):

  • 150-200 grams of low-fat collar,
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onions, carrots,
  • 1 potato, salt,
  • pepper black and fragrant, bay leaf – to taste,
  • 2 cloves garlic,
  • prunes,
  • fat for frying,
  • 100 grams of vegetable broth.

Cooking method:

Prepare meat, clean vegetables and cut. On a heated frying pan lay all spices and lightly fry, add meat and cook over high heat until a crust is formed, add onions, carrots, potatoes and prunes, cook for 5 more minutes.

Put everything in a pot, pour in a little hot broth, season with salt and pepper to taste, and put in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Cook until all the products become soft. To this dish instead of bread you can serve pancakes, cooked by leaps and bounds.

To simplify the process, it is perfectly permissible not to fry the ingredients, but immediately put everything in a pot, salt, pepper, pour broth (you can use hot water if you do not have ready broth at hand) and put in the oven.

If you expect a lot of guests who plan to treat this dish, you can cook everything in one large bowl on the eve of reception. Before the arrival of guests, spread the roast over a portioned pot and put in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

The dish will not lose its flavoring qualities, and you will not be worn out by kitchen concerns and will meet guests in the best of spirits. Potatoes should be boiled, only then the dish will have the necessary consistency.

Ribs in honey sauce

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of pork ribs,
  • 3 tablespoons of honey,
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce,
  • onion, garlic, chili, ginger – to taste
  • ½ small carrots,
  • one teaspoon of lemon juice,
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking method:

From honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, chili and ginger, prepare a marinade. Ribs marinate for 2-3 hours. In the heated frying pan fry the carrots and onions, cut with thin oblong slices, add the ribs removed from the marinade, and cook all together on high heat for 7 minutes.

At the end, pour the marinade into the meat and put it in the oven to bring the dish to the ready. If the sauce is liquid, you can thicken it with starch. This meat fits perfectly with rice.

Rolls of pork with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of pork fillet, g
  • 100 grams of mushrooms,
  • ½ bulb,
  • 1 small carrot,
  • salt, pepper – to taste,
  • 100 grams of vegetable or chicken broth.

Cooking method:

Prepared meat cut into portions, lightly beat off, salt and pepper. For each piece of meat put the mushroom filling, roll up the roll and fasten the edges with toothpicks.

Fold in suitable dishes, pour the mushroom gravy and simmer on low heat until cooked. Garnish is suitable for rice, potatoes, buckwheat, etc.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of pork fillet in one piece (there should be a thin layer of fat on top),
  • salt, pepper, garlic – to taste,
  • 100 grams of red currant jelly

Cooking method:

Meat, wash, dry, cut the diamonds on the top layer of fat and generously rub it with salt, pepper, chopped garlic and leave for several hours for pickling. Oven to warm up to 220-250 degrees and put the meat for 10-15 minutes, so that it is fried until crisp.

Take the meat out of the oven, grease the jelly and put it back in the oven. Cook at a temperature of 170-180 degrees, constantly applying new layers of jelly. Serve as a cold snack with a garnish of pickled fruits.

  • 300 grams of ham,
  • salt, pepper, garlic – to taste,
  • paprika, crushed cumin – to taste.

Cooking method:
