Chicken with mushrooms in the oven is a classic of the genre, it’s a traditional dish in cooking. Edible mushrooms are very many – dishes, where you can use them, not less.

Chicken refers to dietary products, mushrooms are somewhat heavy for the stomach, but together they are the perfect combination (the person feels satiated, but does not feel heaviness).

Mushrooms, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms, oily, white and other mushrooms are often used for food.

For the ideal preparation it is recommended to use chicken fillet, then mushrooms and meat can be cooked simultaneously. Before cooking, the ingredients should be thoroughly washed and dried with a tissue. If the chicken with mushrooms will be stewed, then use thick-walled utensils, the dish will slowly heat up in it, it will perfectly protrude and not burn at all; fit a patch, brazier, cauldron, utyatnitsa, saucepan or just a large frying pan with a lid. By the way, meat can be cooked not only in the oven, but also in the microwave oven.

Chicken and champignons in creamy sauce

This dish is particularly tender, creamy sauce gives the chicken fillet a pleasant softness and juiciness, and mushrooms – piquancy and a unique flavor. You will need the following ingredients:

  1. 300 g fillet.
  2. Eight mushrooms.
  3. Onion.
  4. Lean oil.
  5. Pepper.
  6. Salt.

For sauce:

  1. 200 ml of cream.
  2. A spoonful of flour.
  3. Dill.
  4. Parsley.
  5. 20 g of butter.

Chicken meat cut into pieces, then chop onion and mushrooms. In a frying pan pour in vegetable oil, heat it, fry the onion (two minutes will be enough); onions, take them out and put them in a bowl, in the same oil on high heat for three minutes, grill the meat. Remove the chicken, again in the same oil fry the mushrooms. If necessary, add more oil.

Then add the onion and chicken to the mushrooms, mix the weight, salt, pepper and add a little flour. Once again, thoroughly mix and pour, stirring, slightly warmed cream. Ensure that lumps do not form. Next thing for chopped greens! Stew for 4 minutes. Prepare the dish under the lid for ten minutes.

Oyster mushrooms and chicken in a microwave oven

Another delicate and juicy dish with an interesting cooking method, which is easy and quick to do. You will need:

  1. Chicken breasts (approximately 300 g).
  2. 200 g of cherry.
  3. One onion.
  4. A spoonful of butter.
  5. Two spoons of sour cream.
  6. Lean oil.
  7. Salt.
  8. Black pepper.

Cut the chicken into small pieces; place in a shallow dish with butter; close the container with a lid or a film for the microwave oven. Bake at the highest power for five minutes! Mass will give juice, it will need to be drained into a mug or other vessel. Cut the oyster mushrooms into a plate, cover and bake at 900 W for three minutes. The resulting juice is poured into a bowl of meat juice, add sour cream and mix thoroughly.

Next, in the third plate, put chopped onions (small pieces), fill with lean oil (enough will be one tablespoon); for a minute bake in the microwave at maximum power. Next, put a layer of chicken, a layer of veshenok and onion into a large container; pepper and salt, pour over the juice (the one that was poured) and sour cream. Cover the dish and put on the stew for five minutes (traditionally at the highest capacity), then pour the dish for another five minutes.

Chanterelles with chicken liver

This is an appetizer, so it can not be served hot, it should be slightly warm. The dish does not take long! List of ingredients:

  1. 600 g of liver.
  2. 500 g of chanterelles (of course, preferably fresh, not frozen).
  3. Two spoons of sour cream.
  4. Ten white grapes.
  5. Pine nuts for decoration – to taste.
  6. Salt.
  7. Butter.

The way of cooking is! Lightly fry the chicken liver (it must first be cut into small pieces) in lean oil, it should turn out to be a pink shade; add the chopped chanterelles into the pan, pour the sour cream; mix the mixture for about twenty minutes on low heat. Cut the grapes along, take out the bones; put the berries in the prepared dish; stir and let it brew for at least ten minutes. Put everything in the crockery and sprinkle with pine nuts.

Chicken with mushrooms and cheese

An excellent dish with a calorie content of only 87.3 kcal per 100 g. You can cook the chicken in the oven. Ingredients:

  1. Chicken fillet (about 500 g).
  2. Champignons – 300 g.
  3. Cheese of hard varieties – 100 g.
  4. Potatoes – to taste.
  5. Onion.
  6. Garlic.
  7. 100 g of mayonnaise.
  8. Vegetable oil.
  9. Salt.

Onion cut into half rings, and mushrooms – slices, fry them together in vegetable oil. Chicken fillet dry with a towel, cut into medium slices. Potatoes chop the mugs into 1 cm. Lubricate the baking sheet with oil, lay the chicken fillet, sprinkle it with crushed garlic, salt, pepper and grease with mayonnaise. Top with mushrooms and a layer of potatoes, salt, grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in a preheated oven, bake for 40 minutes (oven temperature – 180 degrees). After you place on a flat dish, decorate with greens or fresh vegetables.
